There is a specification fee of 330 yen per type (550 yen if a specific image is specified or if a character is specified after two days).If multiple items are specified, an additional fee of 2,750 yen may apply.

If you have a character preference, please contact us at least 2 days in advance.Basically, we are in charge of the design and font other than the characters.If you have special requests, a fee will be charged.

Generally, we ask that you limit your requests to around two figures per plate.(Life-size illustrations, anime/manga and princesses are all one image per sheet (from the shoulders up only).)

*Cancellations or changes to anniversary plates must be made at least 2 days prior to your reservation.

*We do not accept requests for caricatures of people or illustrations created from photographs, so if you would like a live-action illustration, we ask that you prepare an illustration that is easy to draw (one with clear lines).(To avoid any issues, we ask that you obtain permission from the creator of any images found on the internet that are not free materials.)
